02 Jul The Wroxton Chronicles
I would like to everyone know about two short books recently published about the early days of Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Wroxton College, which has operated in Wroxton Abbey since the 1960s.
The first book is the story of the acquisition of Wroxton Abbey, written by FDU founding president Dr. Peter Sammartino: http://www.amazon.com/Wroxton-Dr-Peter-Sammartino/dp/1442167521/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1277835947&sr=8-1
The second book contains the diaries of Walter Savage, one of the first deans of Wroxton College: http://www.amazon.com/Wroxton-Journals-Dr-Walter-Savage/dp/1449555160/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1278067769&sr=8-1
A third volume focusing on the history of the abbey building and grounds is currently in production and will be available by the end of 2010.
