The main house has richly-paneled public rooms, ornately-carved fireplaces, beautiful paintings, and towering stained glass windows. There are four comfortable libraries, a gilded ballroom, meeting rooms, a chapel, gym, seminar rooms and a conference suite.
The Abbey’s 56 acres include rose gardens, sweeping lawns, two lakes, a knot garden, a dovecote and the Doric Temple. The full time staff of Wroxton’s large kitchen can cater three or more meals a day for groups of 100 or more. Perhaps a festive cream tea on the lawn would be a welcome addition to the day?
Situated in the village of Wroxton, just 3 miles from Banbury, Wroxton Abbey is easily accessible by motorway, train and coach.
